Home Carbamide
As we all know, discolouration of your teeth is caused by many things: age, coffee, smoking, red wine, certain medicines (tetracyclines), fluoride and metals. Of course, after a course of in-surgery whitening treatment unless these substances are completely avoided, over time your teeth will slowly return to the shade before your QuickWhite treatment. This can take many years, depending upon the patient.
To maintain your white smile for the maximum time QuickWhite have developed a home carbamide kit that will "top up" your tooth whitening treatment to keep your smile looking great for longer. These kits are inexpensive, easy to use and available from your dentist.
Your procedure at home is simple and easy:
- Brush teeth with normal tooth paste
- Trays are custom for you
- Apply gel to trays
- Wear trays & wait ...
- Remove trays and rinse
- Repeat, follow the instruction
As well as the home carbamide kit a good oral hygiene programme is recommended, including brushing your teeth twice per day, flossing and visiting your dentist for regular check ups.
You can also use the home carbamide kit without the in-surgery whitening treatment to achieve the desired whitening smile.
